4th Meeting

5/31

We first got t-shirt sizes from everyone, then worked on Chalk for Change the rest of the meeting by making t-shirts. We also went to the city of Shoreline and applied for the permits needed.

5th Meeting

6/7

Because of SBAC testing, the meeting was short. We talked about the problems we were having with getting Chalk for Change approved, organized who was making donation boxes for the event, showed people how to register for Relay for Life, and went over how we could have more direct change in our community. We did get our event approved by the district and will be putting up posters and spreading awareness for the event next week.

6/14

Our last meeting of the year was short because of end-of-year schedules, but we passed out t-shirts to those who bought them. We are so happy that so many people joined our club in the 2016-2017 school year, and hope you all come back to create more change in future years.

Summer Meeting

8/31

The leaders of CCC met over the summer to discuss leadership distinction, fundraising, presentations, the club fair, upcoming events and continuing events.  We hope to see everyone at the next meeting.

We had a successful first meeting of the year of 17/18!  We first went over the mission statement, then discussed t-shirts and fundraising ideas.  If you signed up for a t-shirt last year, make sure to pay for it and pick one up.  The fundraising ideas we discussed were candy grams or notes of kindness or running the concession stand.  Also, we talked about future possible event such as the Autism Speaks Walk, the Buddy Walk, or volunteering at Seattle Children's hospital.  Make sure to come to our next meeting on Wed the 27th.
